Then, we connect for 30 minutes — either by phone or video call — for a real conversation. From there, I'll craft a brief, personalized plan with remedies, herbs, live-it tweaks, and lifestyle tips tailored to you. This is not a one-size-fits-all situation — it's tailored to your unique wellness needs.
