Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on any items, including our perishable herbal tea blends and digital or service-based offerings such as consultations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can effectively assess the issue.
