We currently ship herbal tea products within [insert country, e.g., the United States] using trusted carriers. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your order is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or weather-related events.

Consultation services are delivered digitally via email. Please allow up to 72 hours after your intake form is received for delivery of your consultations and other materials.
